Delivery Rates
All orders are delivered by DPD who have 42 depots across the United Kingdom and a total of 800 depots in 31 countries across Europe.
When your order is dispatched we will send you an email with a link enabling you to track your order on the DPD website.
Orders received by 1.00 pm will usually be dispatched on the same day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and are not time specific. A signature is required for all deliveries.
The delivery times quoted below should be used as a guide only and whilst we will do our utmost to achieve them they are not guaranteed.
We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses or PO Box numbers. At the present time we do not deliver goods to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
When you add your selection to the Shopping Cart you will see a section on the Shopping Cart page titled ‘Delivery Options’. If you enter the Country and full postcode of the delivery address and select ‘Show Me Delivery Options’ the calculator will inform you how much the delivery charge will be for that order. Alternatively you can use the tables below to check what delivery charge is levied for the postcode of the delivery address. Please note that all prices quoted for delivery charges exclude VAT.
